How same-day works
You book a pickup any time between 10am and 7pm. A driver collects from your address. The laundry runs through our facility, and your bag is back at the same door within 2 hours, folded and sealed.
There is no “drop-off counter” you visit. There is no “ready for collection” message you have to respond to. A 2-hour turnaround means we close the loop ourselves, within 2 hours of collection.
Fast turnaround, as standard
For guests on a 24-hour stop-over, crews between charters, or a Saturday afternoon flight with one suit that has to be clean by departure — the fast turnaround is simply how we work. Every bag is picked up and back at your door within 2 hours, with no premium tier to add on.
The only surcharge tied to speed is a small short-notice fee, which applies when you book a pickup less than two hours away. Otherwise the 2-hour turnaround is included, every day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays.
