At a hotel
We work with reception or concierge. The guest hands over the bag at the front desk, or leaves it in the room with a label. We are in and out in two minutes. Delivery returns the bag to reception, who hold it for the guest. Most hotels in central Barcelona have routed bags through us before. If yours has not, we coordinate the first time — usually it takes one phone call.
At an apartment or Airbnb
We come to the apartment door. If you are not in, we coordinate beforehand — with a host, a building concierge, a neighbor, or a key safe code. We do not charge for failed pickups when the failure is on our side. We do not enter empty apartments without explicit instructions from the host.
For long-stay guests, weekly or fortnightly subscriptions remove the booking step entirely — same pickup day, same delivery window, no thinking required.
At a marina
Port Vell, OneOcean, Marina Vela, and the Vila Olímpica marina. We are familiar with crew schedules, dock-side access, and the rhythm of turn-around days. Linen for guest cabins, crew uniforms, bridge towels, galley laundry — we handle it on the schedule the boat needs.
At an office or shared workspace
Less common but increasingly popular among long-stay travelers using co-working spaces in Poblenou and 22@. We pick up from the office address, deliver back. Some spaces have reception desks that hold bags; others coordinate directly.
What we do not do
We do not handle dry-clean-only garments. We do not press, iron, or steam — we are a wash and fold service. We do not pick up at addresses outside our central Barcelona service area without an arranged surcharge. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, book and we will confirm within minutes.
Free pickup, every time
There is no minimum order, no separate pickup fee, no charge per kilometer. The price you see on the pricing page is the full price. We charge per bag, you pay online when you book, the rest happens.
