How it works for hotel guests
You hand the bag to reception, or leave it in your room with a tag. The concierge calls us, or you book directly online and we coordinate with the front desk. The collection is invisible to you. The delivery returns the bag to reception within 2 hours — they hold it or bring it up.
For guests in a hurry — a half-day stopover, a 24-hour layover, a Saturday flight after a long week — that fast turnaround is simply how we work; see our same-day laundry service across central Barcelona. The bag is back at reception before you are back from your last museum or last vermouth.
How it works for concierge teams
If you run a front desk in central Barcelona and your in-house laundry is overrun, slow, or just not the kind of service your guests deserve, our team works with concierges as a default partner. The booking can be made on the guest's behalf or by us directly with the guest details. Billing is handled either through the guest's card or through a monthly hotel account, whichever fits.
We are familiar with the rhythms of hotels in Eixample (Casa Fuster, Hotel Omm, Majestic and similar boutique-to-luxury), El Born and the Gothic Quarter (the boutique-hotel belt running from Plaça Reial down to Passeig del Born), El Raval (the Hotel España corridor, near the MACBA), Vila Olímpica (the beachfront properties around the marina), and the long-stay residences in Gràcia and Poblenou. If your property is somewhere else, we still cover it — we just do not list every address.
What we wash, what we do not
Everything that a domestic washing machine handles: shirts, trousers, dresses, undergarments, sportswear, sleepwear, bed linen, bathrobes, towels. Wash temperatures sorted by color and fabric. Folding done by hand. Each delivery returns the bag sealed.
What we do not handle: dry-clean-only garments, leather, suede, fur, items marked for hand wash only. If a guest is unsure, our team checks before we collect.
Why this works better than in-house
Hotel laundry rooms run on fixed shift hours and shared equipment. A bag picked up at 8am may sit until the afternoon when the team gets to it. Ours does not — once the bag leaves the hotel, it is in our facility within thirty minutes and washing within the hour. The clean bag is back at the front desk within 2 hours.
